Covid Policy for 2025

At Narrativity, you’re welcome to share ideas, tips, bad jokes, good food… but not Covid-19. If you’re planning to attend Narrativity 2025, be prepared to follow these rules:

  • You must be vaccinated against Covid-19, including at least one booster shot (or be medically unable to be vaccinated). We strongly encourage getting the most updated booster shot available. Since many medical facilities are no longer filling out Covid vaccination cards, we will not be requiring proof of vaccination; we will rely on the honor system. But please, take this seriously, folks! We’ve never had a case of Covid at or traceable to Narrativity, and that’s not a streak we want to break. Don’t be a jerk: for the sake of yourself and your fellow humans, get your shots.
  • Masks are recommended but not required. We will have masks available at Registration if you need one.
  • If you experience anything that even thinks about being a Covid symptom while at Narrativity, please test right away! We will have self-test kits available at Registration.

We may change this policy based on the circumstances in effect as the convention approaches, the guidance of the CDC and local health authorities, and plain old common sense. If we need to put stricter requirements in place, we’ll announce it on this website and in email; all Narrativity attendees will be required to follow the full Covid policy including any updated requirements. As with any group gathering in the time of Covid, attendance at Narrativity is at your own risk. Please be careful for your own sake and that of your fellow Narrativitists!
